Exactly. The primary reduction in the DCT is 1.883 while in the manual slightly longer at 1.733. I had created a spreadsheet with the exact ratio differences between the DCT and manual when I was looking to buy, looking at it again I see that the 1st is 3% longer in the DCT, the 2nd 1.3% shorter, the 3rd and 4th exactly the same, the 5th 4%

The 2017 AT DCT loan bike is obviously able to access all the gearing modes and is a truly wonderful motorcycle in my opinion, and what I expect mine to be when the new ECU has been fitted. My bike has now just moved onto 6,000 miles for your information.
When I posted last year, my hope was the DCT reset would cure the rough running in slow urban traffic which it definitely did on my NC DCT bikes. It didn't seem to make any difference to my 2017 Africa Twin. Last week I used the DCT reset for a different purpose. My new 2018 bike had DCT 'creep' and the reset procedure has cured it completely.
